You can give BEAR a growl for any reason via our website. Your message is processed through a customer service solution called Desk.com which is owned by Salesforce. The following data is collected, stored and processed:

  • Name (any first and last names as supplied)
  • Message text
  • IP address

BEAR will only keep your personal data for processing your enquiry. We’ll only hang on to it long enough to reply and/or to investigate your request or concern and it will be deleted within thirteen month afterwards. In exceptional circumstances, and only for complaints, the data may be archived for up to 5 years. We may pass this data on to another affiliate or subsidiary of us for the purpose of further investigation of your concern or complaint. This processing is based on our legitimate interest to improve our services.

Promotional activities
You may find a link to a temporary promotional offer or competition on our website. For the processing of personal data in such promotions, we have separate terms and conditions that you must accept if you want to participate in these promotions or competitions.
